We offer a FREE consultation as the first step. At this visit, we work together to plan a masterpiece of an event according to a budget that suits your needs.
We feel it is important to let you know that you made the right choice by working with us. TME Music Group wants you to feel at ease and gain your trust by communicating the progress of your event. We will confirm the event and all the details with you as we collect the deposit for your event. For your convenience we accept cash, money orders, bank checks and most major credit cards.
As we come closer to your premier event, we will keep the communication lines open and reassure you that your event will be serviced by professional, experienced and insured Staff and/or vendors. At this time, the remainder balance will be due and can be easily paid through our many payment methods. Upon executing a high caliber event, we simply ask that you complete a post event evaluation, which can be found below, completed and submitted via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help us to ensure that we are performing at 110% or better.
